I wrote this tool because I was bored of playing Diablo II for the 100th time. You can edit and alter the magical abilities of your character. Personally, I defeated Diablo himself in no more than 5 seconds after my druid gained the hurricane ability of level 99.
This program works with Diablo II Lord Of Destruction expansion version 1.10 only, and only with expansion characters (as far as I know, this is the only tool that works with version 1.10). Trying to use it to alter characters from other versions may cause data loss.
